Confession of Murder behind the scenes gags

  • The prototype of Li Doushi is the Japanese ogre Sagawa Kazumasa, who became a best-selling novelist through his autobiography of murder.
  • There is a scene in the film where "Li Doushi" attends his new book signing event, and his supporters and opponents gathered on the scene. And these extras are performed by more than 100 fans of Park Si Hoo himself. Although it was staying up late to shoot and the temperature was very low that day, the fans still accompany the idol to shoot again and again until it is OK.
  • In order to complete the first action scene, the crew used four cranes including artificial rainfall and lighting.
  • During filming, there was a clear scene showing that "Li Doushi" was the murderer, but this scene was deleted when the film was edited.
  • The car chase scene in the film was shot on the road beside Anshan Lake Park.
  • During the filming, a rare blizzard caught up in Goyang City.
  • Park Si Hoo revealed at the press conference that he wanted to give up shooting because of the use of ice water on the set.
  • Park Si Hoo grievedly "accused" himself for the tragic situation of "not even daring to drink water" for a topless swimming scene in the film.

The opening is good, but the follow-up is weak. Excessive and exaggerated fighting and chasing scenes are a bit redundant for this subject.
