Edge of Tomorrow Humanistic feelings under mecha

Perhaps it is because the exoskeletons in the film are mostly physical shooting rather than special effects outline, which is more humanistic than other mecha science fiction films "Edge of Tomorrow". The two protagonists were actually stripping off layers of mechas during the journey to the dam. Rita mechas lost energy, and their cars burned out. When William walked out of the armors, the two of them took a nap in the cabin. There is no mechanical ties. At the end of the film, William destroys Omega, and dives into the water with exhausted weapons and armor, corresponding to the original mother body environment of life.
When Rita died in Helicopter World War I, she finally told William that her middle name was Rose, reminding the audience that this was a story about people. Compared to trying to remember every move of an alien creature, the more important thing may be simply knowing the name of the person you like.
