This is a short animation of only 4 minutes. The film starts in a fallen leaf. An old man sets up a chessboard alone in the autumn wind. He plays chess alone, and there is no one around. The old man himself repeatedly played the two chess players at the table, one was a cunning and cunning master, and the other was a silent and timid scholar. There is no dialogue in the entire film, but there is a dramatic turn at the end. Although the film is only 4 minutes long, it leaves people with unlimited thinking, life is like chess.
It took Pixar nearly ten years to finally bring human movements, expressions, skin and hair to life, and Mr. Keeley in the film later appeared in Toy Story 2 to repair toys.
