Insidious background creation

During the shooting, James Wynn stated that a wide-angle lens was used in order to create a more documentary effect, and the importance of photography skills in highlighting the atmosphere. The film was originally shot in a real house. All the furnishings are original and need to use a wide-angle lens to shoot it. I also specifically set the lens to the front of the corner of the house and let it move with the house so that you can see another house and see a door you are about to pass through. It is from such details that Wen designs, and strives to create a real sense of horror.
Judging from the three drafts of James Wyn’s new film’s title, it seems that the filming process of the entire film is also a creative process of the director. Ray Werner, who has collaborated with Wynn to write the script of "Chain Saw" Based on the script of the film, the film began shooting in Los Angeles in 2010, when the external film was called "The Further" (The Further). During the filming process, it was renamed "Astral". It wasn't until the film debuted at the Toronto Film Festival in 2010 that it officially had today's "Latent".
