The protagonist Joe Sever (The Tool Man Tim Allen) is a well-regulated middle-aged man. Like all small people who fail, he dreams of becoming a "big man". He has been working for a pharmaceutical company in Minnesota, lamenting his lack of talent and not getting the appreciation he deserves. Joe's boss had promised him a chance for promotion, but in the end he broke his promise. And his personal life is even more messy, he and his wife Kelly (Kelly Lynch) finally ended in divorce. Originally, this bad job and muddled life were as calm as stagnant water. Until his colleague Mark (Patrick Warburton) occupied his beloved private parking space and humiliated Joe in front of his precocious daughter, his anger was finally ignited. Such a light comedy about an uncle's counterattack is quite interesting, but it's nothing new on the whole. Tim Allen also seems willing to let such a character kidnap himself.
