Juan of the Dead negative review

The plot of "Juan of the Dead" is absurd and strange, and even the title of the film simply replaces "Shaun" with "Juan", but the biggest difference between this film and "Shaun of the Dead" The point is that it has too strong political overtones. A large number of sensitive political metaphors in the film have caused great controversy. For example, the "terrorists who create zombie viruses" are described as "anti-Communist people", and the culprit behind it is the United States. The government also deliberately recruited several special actors to spoof the great men of The Republic of Cuba, from Che Guevara to Castro, and it is rare to see zombie movies based on the theme.   The political metaphor at the end of the film breaks the accelerated rhythm of the narrative, making the narrative rhythm slower, giving the plot a sense of procrastination.
