Joosep (Pärt Uusberg) is a student in an ordinary high school in the Republic of Estonia. He did not inherit the tough personality of his father who was a soldier, but was often bullied by his classmates because of his cowardly and introverted personality. He swallowed his breath and dared not tell the parents and teachers. Kaspar (Vallo Kirs), who was originally in the ranks of bullies, finally couldn't stand it one day and helped Joosep. This action isolated the two in the class, and the violence against them escalated. Although they hope to survive high school safely, after an extremely insulting bullying, Joosep, who can't bear it, finally took out his father's gun.
A campus record from the Republic of Estonia, adapted from real events. A cowardly and debilitating man hated by the whole class is bullied by his classmates every day; another bloody boy who occasionally feels righteous is involved in this peer-to-peer game that is even more cruel and terrifying than the adult world. The two gradually approached and became A community of life that resists side by side.

Shocking, Eastern European movies are also excellent

The foreshadowing is in place, let the group of rubbish see what a man is, and it is worth dying. I read a certain horny movie reviewer that the ending was that Jossep didn't shoot Kaspar, so he didn't die. But JOSSEP is too cowardly, all kinds of bullying without resistance. The final equipment is not as powerful as in "The Elephant", but it feels okay to use it, and a harmonious society can only play with fruit knives. .

Klass quotes

  • Kaspar: What is honor? I think we're speaking about something else. We say 'that sucks' or 'this blows'. We don't say honor.

  • Anders: Get it, man... Nobody in our class protects Joosep.
