He came to this remote town to take care of the two brothers and almost ruined their lives. Napoleon and the alumnus Pedrowho had just met, hit it off. When he learned that Pedro was running for the school’s student council president, he was facing a very powerful opponent, too. When he hated Whitley, he decided to temporarily put aside his work and try his best to help his friends. With only some minor art skills, Napoleon and Pedro won the victory with their enthusiasm and hard work.

What kind of mess is this film doing, hahaha, is there a more savage Loser comedy than this inspirational...? The only two highlights are the song "Forever young" and Tina Majorino! ! Mousy was so young ten years ago!

Summer: Well, I never thought I would make it here today. I would make a great class president because I promise to put two new pop machines in the cafeteria, and I'm also gonna get a glitter Bonne Bell dispenser for all the girls' bathrooms.
