A Southeast Asian government cooperated with multinational companies to vigorously develop infrastructure in underdeveloped areas. American engineer Jacktherefore sent to the company to take part in the project development with his wife and daughter. Jack thought he would be able to start a new life in Southeast Asia with the shadow of the coconut trees, but angry local residents broke out because of the government's use of infrastructure to feed themselves. The government police and the army were retreating steadily, and the region fell into anarchy.
