McCoo is the name of a small bar. One night, the usual noisy McCoo bar became the crime scene of a brown murder case. An unknown corpse connected several people who had never met before— —Cynical bartender Randy (Matt Dillon), Randy's cousin, arrogant lawyer Carl (Paul Reisel), and Detective Dalin ( John Goodman ), a police station dispatched from the night. At the beginning, the lives of the three people have undergone unexpected changes.
In the bar, they meet a beautiful woman named Jewel (Liv Tyler), and all three men are madly infatuated with this stunner, convinced that they are the most suitable man for Jewel.
