In the Carbon Valley after the American Civil War , a group of poor miners searched for gold, and they had to work hard every day. The company’s boss and the local garrison leader collude with each other, often harassing and oppressing these miners. Just when they were unbearable and felt that this kind of life was almost impossible to pass, a mysterious figure came to this valley. People knew nothing about his experience and name, and gave him the nickname: " Preacher ". The "Preacher" chivalrous spirit is a ray of light in the miserable life of the miners. He called on the oppressed miners to unite and fight against the bosses and garrison leaders. Under the leadership of "Preacher", the miners competed with the boss many times, eradicating the boss's thugs one by one. Finally, after "Preacher" solved his enemy, the garrison leader, he quietly left.

If you are a fan of the old man Clint, after watching this movie, you will know that he used to have a better storytelling ability than others. In the history of Westerns, Clint Eastwood will naturally have a place!
