Former CIA analyst Jack Ryan (on vacation in London with his wife and daughter. One day he witnessed the terrorist attacks in Northern Ireland Secretary of State, Lord Williams, Ryan stepped forward to help, killing one of the attackers, another terrorist Sean Millerwas arrested by police.
