The arrogant but talented Dan Millmanis an excellent college gymnast with a slender figure, amazing strength and outstanding looks, as well as countless girlfriends and crazy Party. However, he kept falling into the nightmare, awake almost every night because of unexplainable fear. One night he was awakened again, so he went out to hang out, at a gas station, he met Socrates, a mysterious old man with magical powers. In order to realize his dream of being an Olympic champion, Dan hopes that Socrates can pass on those stunts to him. Socrates began to conduct mysterious training on him and completely changed his lifestyle. Dan not only lost his friends, female companions, and was almost kicked out of the gymnastics class, but in the course of these trainings, he completely changed himself.
