Around the search for fire, the film is extremely scientific and vividly reproduces the life aspect of Paleolithic human beings. After being attacked and killed by other tribes and chased by wolves, a Paleolithic tribe wandered into a swamp. Uncertainty, hunger and cold, deaths and injuries, the fire that was specially guarded by the tribe was extinguished mercilessly at this critical juncture. Overnight, the tribe fell from a substantial economic life sitting around a bonfire in a cave dwelling and turned into a displaced, sleeping in the wilderness, shivering in the cold night. Without fire, even if there are no enemy beasts to hunt down, the tribe will not survive long from the cold and sickness. An old man of the tribe made a decision with far-reaching historical significance. The old man appointed three brave men to go out and search for fire.

Oh my god, only after watching the movie did I realize that the textbook I learned when I was in elementary school, drilling wood to make fire is a battle of fire. The ancient part of the history textbooks for primary and secondary school students in France that I just read is also taken from here.
