The Hunt for Red October Piercing lens

Continuity: When Remius reported that the captain's plan had caused an error, Captain Blodin unlocked his button twice.
An anachronism: After 1989, the Soviet Typhoon Fleet had only six submarines in total. In his 1984 acoustic logbook, Sunaman Jones mentioned that there were six ships besides "Red October".
Continuity: Lean landed on the Dallas ship from a helicopter when it was raining outside. When you look at the windshield from the helicopter, you can see that the windshield wipers are not rotating.
An anachronism: The background is in 1984. In Ryan's London residence, there is a copy of "Proceedings" published in 1987 on the table.
Facts are wrong: The fleet commander said it would be bright in a few hours, but the portholes in his first-class cabin were not closed. The operating procedures on the ship in the dark require that all portholes must be closed before the sun comes out and goes down. The same principle applies to the gate at the outside entrance.
An anachronism: The envelope containing the letter from Remius to Padolin should be an international standard envelope. At that time, the size of the envelope used in the Soviet Union was 160mm×115mm.
Continuity: One of Blodin’s military rank stripes fell off the cuff during a period of driving in the seamounts and mountains, and in the following shots, it returned to its original position.
