Brad Bird has been a super animation fan since he was a child, and he showed his talent in the field of animation at a very young age. His work has long been appreciated by Disney. He has worked for Disney for many years and has led many popular TV cartoons. In 1999, Brad Bird launched his first self-written and directed traditional animation film "Iron Giant". Although the film received rave reviews, it did not sell well at the box office. The film company's attitude towards "Iron Giant" was not good enough. In addition, John Lasseter, the executive vice president of Pixar Creative, also called him wronged by his university classmate, so the two classmates hit it off and decided to work together.
Although John Lasseter originally hoped that Bird could adapt to Pixar's environment before starting to play his own strength, Brad Bird came prepared and put forward the concept and sketch of "The Incredibles" on the first day of work. "The Incredibles" is a brand new idea written and directed by Brad Bird, who brings all the people behind the "Iron Giant" to Pixar. Immediately after the production started, Bird was integrated into Pixar's tradition. In the film, there is a role of an old lady who specializes in designing uniforms for Superman. Brad Bird took over the role of dubbing for this role.
