Wonderful interpretations of actors such as Faith, Jeffrey Rush, Helena Bonham Carter and others. Regarding the film’s "award ambition", the film’s producer Marc Foligno said that "The King’s Speech" is a story that will evoke history. The preparatory work for this film is very complicated and detailed. 'This movie has a wonderful story and an excellent interpretation of the actors. Everyone is very serious about making a movie worth remembering by the audience and working hard for this goal.
Screenwriter David Seidler, like George VI in the film, was also a stuttering patient. He had read the story of George VI when he was a child. David said that the story of George VI encouraged him a lot, and in the end he also overcame the problem of stuttering, so he always wanted to put this story on the screen when he grew up. Although David has a deep research on this period of history, due to the lack of first-hand materials, most of the first draft of the script depends on imagination to fill in the details. Later, he found an uncle who had been treated by Dr. Rogge, and had a detailed understanding of Rogge's treatment methods. Nine weeks before the filming started, he obtained Dr. Rogge's notebook, which gave him a more realistic understanding of the events that took place at the time. Many recorded contents were directly quoted in the film, which also made the film more vivid.
