"The Parade" can be called the gay version of " Leon ." Director Seden Dragojevic is one of the most famous directors in the former Yugoslavia. In 2001, he witnessed the real scene of the first gay parade in The Republic of Serbia being overwhelmed by homophobia and blood, which gave him the idea of shooting this film. The film combines black humor and fierce fighting. After its release in November 2011, it topped the box office rankings of the former Yugoslavia. It is an excellent work in the entire Balkans.
