The Professor movie plot

2022-06-04 19:25
It tells the story of a university literature The Professor suffering from lung cancer, knowing that he is running out of time, put down all pretense, and treats himself as boldly and freely as possible for his life of only half a year. From treating students in class, to marrying his wife and homosexual daughter, encouraging them to deal with their inner feelings frankly, don’t let go of even a second of life, and write your own book of life to your heart’s content. But at least it was interesting. Finally, at the banquet of colleagues, after expressing my feelings about life and saying goodbye to everyone, I calmly faced death and was thought-provoking.

Johnny Depp's best movie in the past ten years, although the plot is clichéd, but the temperament is charming enough, the exquisite classicism is soaked in vain alcohol. I've seen so many movies about people who are about to die. This is a deeply felt one, live well and die well, don’t walk into that good night gently, don’t live your life at a loss, and Richard opens at the end. As the car rushed to the field, my chaotic heart was also a little bit shocked.

The most comfortable one of Depp's films in the past few years

The Professor quotes

  • Male Student #1: You mind if I ask you something personal?

    Richard: No, go ahead.

Male Student #1: Have you ever been with a man?

Richard: No... No. No. No... No, I can't say that I have.

Male Student #1: Would you like to fuck me?

    Richard: Like... in your ass?

    Male Student #1: Yeah.

Richard: Is it... is it clean?

Male Student #1: Yeah... I mean it should be.

Male Student #1: But no. I mean, I can always give you a blowjob, too.

Richard: Okay. Pour me another one of those and make it very generous, because I'm...

    Male Student #1: Of course.

Richard: ...really not sure how much of this I'm gonna wanna remember.

  • Richard: In each and every moment we're composing stories of our lives, let's aim to make it a meaningful read... or at least an interesting one
