American journalist Bobby interviewed Pakistani lecturer Genghis as a writer in a teahouse in Lal He, with the purpose of investigating the kidnapped American Reiner. Unexpectedly, the conversation turned into listening to Genghis himself. My own experience in the United States.
Genghis, a young and handsome Pakistani youth, did not hesitate to abandon family traditions and beliefs, and came to New York to work alone with an American dream. The appreciation of the boss, the support of friends, and the love of the photographer's girlfriend made Genghis in New York like a fish in water. He has the life that foreign immigrants dream of in the United States. Until the 9-11 incident broke out, something that seemed to have nothing to do with him ruthlessly changed the rest of his life. Just because of his natural religious beliefs, family background and a Taliban face, Genghis was detained by the police at the airport, destroyed by someone on the road, and arrested for some reason. When he was interrogated as a terrorist suspect for the second time, he still said, "I love America." Such an atypical Muslim deeply felt being excluded and discriminated against in the United States, and his status in New York, the place he loved to live in, took a sharp turn. Genghis fell into a fierce struggle, everything around him began to change, and even his girlfriend's kind confession was regarded as a form of rejection. The love of two people will never be cleared up by the misunderstanding that cannot be explained clearly
