The Sisters Brothers are a pair of hired killer brothers. One day they received a new job: their employer asked them to hunt down a gold digger who stole their things. Following the rules of being a killer, The Sisters Brothers set out without asking for the specific reason, and rode a horse from Oregon to San Francisco to find someone. On the way, the brothers encountered all kinds of people, thieves, prostitutes, liars, etc. When they actually arrived at their destination, they discovered that the person to be killed was actually a chemist. His name was Worm. He invented a chemical method to find gold mines more conveniently.
