After the release of "Toy Story 4", all worries about Pixar's "Disneyization" will reduce the series should disappear. At first, the film didn't seem to have any reason to exist. The third part of the series was somewhat reluctant but satisfying. It seemed to have finished the story, and it ended almost 10 years ago. However, a role of Cha Cha is enough to elevate this possible "just a sequel to make money" into a beautiful and funny epilogue. This long-term series is truly complete with such things.
The film is just a repetition of pre-existing ideas and plots, but compared to the fourth film in other series, this film is still invaluable funny and attractive.
