Andy is a six-year-old boy. He has a lot of toys. When he goes out, these toys start to live their own lives. One day, Andy got back a new toy-Space Mounted Police Buzz Lightyear. Because of his advanced performance, it threatened the leadership of the original toy leader-Cowdy Hudi. So Hu Di began to find ways to fight Buzz Lightyear, but the result was that both of them were in the world outside the house by mistake. Although Buzz Lightyear has electric folding wings, searchlights, and a wrist intercom, once he leaves the shelter of his owner, he can hardly move. To make matters worse, they are also threatened by Andy's neighbor toy vandal Ashe and his dog.
