Kowalskiis a former race car driver, police officer and stuntman who now works for an Automobile . One night he was about to take a Dodge White Challenger from Colorado to San Francisco. On the night of his departure, he made a bet with an old friend to call from San Francisco at 3 p.m. the next day. This means that he must reach his destination within 15 hours, and the speed must be maintained at around 160. Kowalski ran wild and quickly caught the attention of the Highway Patrol. He ignored the police's warnings, and with years of racing experience and superb driving skills, he got rid of one chaser and challenger. His arrogance angered the police, and it also attracted widespread attention from all walks of life in the United States, and the scale of his round-up was getting bigger and bigger.
