The film is about Woody Allen's best story. The heroine, like a noble canary, reluctantly bids farewell to her dream life and falls from Huamei to the grassroots, which is the focus of the story. Kate Winslet is the soul of the whole film. She has also done her homework and played the role's complex contradictions and tragedies. The film presents a 1950s holiday island full of nostalgia, reminiscent of Woody's classic "" The roller coaster in Annie Hall, the joy of amusement park packaging and representation, also contrasts sharply with the unbearable lives of the protagonists. Although the film's plot development is a bit of a Wonder Wheel, thankfully Kate Winslet's performance is impeccable enough to make people focus on her and discover the cause and effect of fate (or self-made tragedy) in her   .
