I agree with the research in it. But it's too strict to do it. So let's start with: Try to keep red meat out of your cook-yourself...

I heard about it two years ago but only recently watched it. I think it is persuasive. The current mainstream medical advice is still the combination of meat and vegetables. However, I personally tend to agree more with the view in the film, which is that a plant-based diet can improve people's health and even reverse disease. The degree of belief is about six to four. I've always wanted to try it, but a healthy vegetarian diet is not just about being a vegetarian. There are also many dietary...

I watched vegan 4 years ago and it’s also been 4 years since my family bought milk tofu. I ate a block of milk tofu every day for a few days and found that my knees were rattling and the pain was so bad (then I would have given up meat and milk) before I watched this film. I found the reason and immediately stopped breastfeeding. I am very grateful for the knowledge gained at the right time. PS: Meat is really not a necessity. Can you really digest and absorb the protein of meat? Why risk...

This logic and evidence is convincing enough to make me want to go vegan. When I was in the United States, many nutritionists came to give speeches in our class. I also interviewed our teacher and our school doctor, and interviewed the founder of a plant based diet restaurant. No one can explain why go vegan is so thorough and...

    A little thought

I agree that eating more fruits and vegetables and an active lifestyle are good for health, but the evidence of the link between meat eating and cancer and heart disease is not explained in detail and is not very convincing. I searched for casein. The paper in the film does not indicate that the...

Humans are authentic herbivores, analyzed from a biological point of view

In fact, we all know the fact that if we eat only meat and not rice, vegetables and fruits every day, it is inevitable; but if we only eat rice, vegetables and fruits and not meat, there is no problem. Scientists believe that the diet of any animal must be adapted to its physiological structure....

Forks Over Knives quotes

  • San'Dera Brantley-Nation - Diabetes Sufferer: Win the war. Do not let one lost battle end the war. If you do break down and give in to temptation, do not quit, just get right back on track, not tomorrow but right now.

  • Caldwell Esselstyn Jr.: Some people think that the plant-based whole foods diet is extreme. Half a million a year will have their chests opened up, a vein taken from their leg and sewn onto their coronary artery. Some people would call that extreme.
