unexpected surprise

I really didn't expect this to be a movie about homosexuality and AIDS.
The movie is very exciting, and the legal battle between lawyers and law firms is a good subject matter. The wonderful interpretations of Tom Hanks and Denzel Washington are superb interpretation of the theme of the movie "justice".
"I don't identify with homosexuality, and even feel disgusted by homosexuality, but for the sake of justice I will help you in this lawsuit." This voiceover runs through the entire film. I think the film should not only arouse the audience's attention and sympathy towards homosexuality and AIDS, and even try to eliminate the public's discrimination against homosexuality and AIDS, but more importantly, it should awaken the public's sense of justice.
Tom Hanks' performance made "Philadelphia Story" a classic, and his incisive performances in "Monologue in the Opera" and "The Last Testimony" will forever be a classic in the audience's memory. Tom Hanks can be called for this reason. for "great"!

Philadelphia quotes

  • Joe Miller: [while being interviewed by reporters] We're standing here in Philadelphia, the, uh, city of brotherly love, the birthplace of freedom, where the, uh, founding fathers authored the Declaration of Independence, and I don't recall that glorious document saying anything about all straight men are created equal. I believe it says all men are created equal.

  • Andrew Beckett: [while lying on a hospital bed] What do you call a thousand lawyers chained together at the bottom of the ocean?

Joe Miller: [amused, sitting next to him on the hospital bed] I don't know.

    Andrew Beckett: A good start.
