I thought it would be helpful to understand the main storyline after reading it, but in fact, it was just to explain the storyline that appeared in the mainline, which is equivalent to a prequel.
Mainly to unlock the experience of watching horror movies in the United States, but I still came under pressure. The high-energy cameras covered their faces throughout the whole process. Fortunately, Yuqi and Mao Mao were there to accompany them, so I guess I would be quite scared. It's still an American horror scene, the kind that suddenly scare you. And it continues the evil spirit perspective shots of the Conjuring series, and when the God perspective is turned on, the protagonist repeatedly observes the surrounding situation, and then is suddenly frightened by ghosts.
I don't want to repeat the plot very much, because my hearing is too poor, I only understood 60 to 70% of the whole process. It is quite difficult to understand the plot. Fortunately, Yu Qi is there to translate. At the end of the film is still love and hope, and a strong heart overcomes evil spirits. Although compared with the main line, there are a bit more bugs, but it cannot be ruled out that it is because we lack relevant religious background knowledge. Although there are many bugs, there are also many places that everyone can bring up and discuss. I don't know if it means that the method of leaving blank space is more successful, or it means that the movie did not tell the story thoroughly. But the general timeline is clear, and the story is still well understood.
Many years ago, it gave me the feeling of the Crusades. For some reason, a duke summoned a demon and was sealed with the blood of Jesus by a powerful priest. But it was bombed during World War II, and the devil was ready to move again, so he found a lot of nuns to pray to quell the devil, but the devil finally killed all the nuns or came out to harm the world. Then the heroine and the incompetent priest were pulled over to deal with this matter.
In fact, there are many questions in this part, such as:
· I have given the role of the incompetent priest many times, all of which are related to my son who died without enduring the exorcism process. I don’t know if there will be an extra episode here.
· Now that the devil has been born, what is he going to do? Why is he only torturing around these protagonists? What does he want?
· Why is the demon sealed with a metaphysical thing like Jesus blood ready to move because of a physical attack like a missile bombing the ground?
· What does this ghost who leaned over the nun have to do with the main story? At the end, it seems that the end of the trailer has been drawn. I don't know what will happen next.
Why is such a vengeful ghost nun trying to end the heroine's life with a physical attack like strangulation?
I don't know if these are bugs. I did some research online today. It was found that the image of valak was close to that of the little boy, and I didn't know what it had to do with the priest's son. I don't know if it is the angel that the heroine mistakenly thought she saw in her childhood, as everyone discussed in the film review.
I feel that Soul Conjuring has dug too many holes, and I really want to know the answer, so I should continue to pay attention. Hope to find out in my lifetime.
The next thing to watch is Annabelle 2, and I decided to make up for all the movies related to The Conjuring.
Now this level of American horror movies can be watched casually. But when you think of Asian horror movies, you're still very cowardly? But obviously I feel like I'm a little braver. If you can overcome timidity by watching ghost movies, it can be regarded as a bonus.
