11 and 12

This is the first American drama I watched after graduation. The first

time I heard the name of this drama was in The Theory of Genius. I like to watch crime-solving movies with lawyers, judges, and police as the protagonists.

Looking at it all the way recently, unlike many friends who are concerned about the emotional development of the hero and heroine, they are more concerned about how each case will develop. When I read the case, every one of them was very attractive to me, but unfortunately, after a day or two after reading it, I forgot almost what was said in it. So I wrote about the two cases I saw today and talked about my impressions.

I watched episode 11 and 12 today.

The case in episode 11 is related to news commentary defamation. I have thought before that as long as it is a little bit of a head, the journalists and paparazzi can develop it into a very bluffing news, regardless of the impact on the lives and families of the parties involved. For example, the divorce between Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse looks like a media carnival. Solid conclusions, such as the parties will divorce on June 6th is extremely ridiculous. And can these be called news defamation? No, because of freedom of speech, if you don't like the parties, you can only tell the truth yourself or someone can find the truth and evidence.

At the end of the episode, the news commentator who speaks without any scruples is finally acquitted, even though he has bluntly denied that a certain deceased was a murderer, even though he was killed by his mother. The child is still there, and his right to free speech makes him not responsible for what he says. I am really puzzled.

What if the kids didn't show up in the play? What if the mother on the show committed suicide because of the irresponsible words of this commentator? So, does his freedom of speech still give him the right to express his opinions as he pleases?

In contrast, the judges' emotional judgments are much more lovely than the judges' rational judgments based on the law.

Episode 12 is about the death of an athlete from an overdose of a certain drug.

Looking at this case, I suddenly remembered a song by young Bao Qingtian, "As long as the truth is revealed, everything is worthy of the heart". When I saw Shaobao, I didn't think that this sentence was very good, and I hated that every time the case could be closed, Bao Zheng would continue to investigate and find out the real culprit who had committed a crime of last resort or accidentally committed a crime. . But when I watched this film, I realized that people who are obsessed with the truth are actually the bravest and the most difficult people.

As in the film, if you know that someone is not the real murderer, but all the people around you are persuading you to stop, treating him as the real murderer is just hurting a person's interests, and in order to save him, you may harm yourself and yourself. Can you hold on to the interests of more people? Can you insist on finding out the truth?

Even the heroine in "Ao" might not have been able to persist in finding the truth if it hadn't happened to find such favorable factors. In this way, I suddenly discovered the value of Bao Zheng. In "Shao Bao", those people were obviously his friends, but when he discovered the doubts leading to the truth, he did not give up his doubts and give up searching for answers because he could close the case or because his friends had to.

Clinging to the truth, this spirit we should all learn!

A rare legal drama! The script is wonderful, and it's a thick and dark work record + office love triangle. Although it is a little bit bloody, the plot is really unstoppable. The casts are very good! British and American legal dramas always make people feel a lot of emotion. What is the rule of law? If you look at others, you can only yearn for it in the heavens. Whenever you slack off, it can always give people a boost, but the heart will be cooler afterwards. NS…
