Curiosity is destroyed by curiosity

Most of the people who are curious about everything are people with true temperament. Most of these people are lively and bright, unwilling to be mediocre, unwilling to be lonely, unwilling to let life fade away in their hands, so they like to explore. Catherine is such a race. As everyone knows, curiosity can make and destroy, especially when she applies this spirit of adventure to her emotions and spends her life. Men are not British cigarettes that can be picked up and thrown away from anywhere in the jungle, the mystery is solved, and the expedition is over.

There is only one kind of person who can enjoy the real freedom of the emotional world. To borrow Godard's dialogue "Grief or nothing, which one do you choose" in "À bout de souffle", the person who chooses the latter can, but only in form, Catherine is the best proof that the freedom she wanted after being tortured for a lifetime by her curiosity and desire to conquer all men was finally achieved in a self-destructive way.

Truffaut chose Jeanne Moreau to play Catherine, and it's really not a likable character, she's old, narcissistic, and neurotic, and I never felt the same way about Jules and Jim. I am also fortunate that this case of being destroyed by curiosity will not cause too much regret and sigh in my viewing experience.

Curiosity is destroyed by curiosity. After thinking about it, you are not afraid to die before you play.

Zu said: We are still very happy, at least I am. Accounting said: I agree with you, two people just love is not enough. Kay said: In a pair of lovers, at least one party must remain loyal. The end result: The practice of sprinkling the ashes in the wind was not approved.

    1. An acute angle becomes an isosceles triangle. The isosceles become equilateral again. The last two sides fell into the rapids of life, leaving only a lone line. The heroine is absent from the title, but is everywhere. 2. When Truffaut took the lead, Godard was far beyond his reach. Both technically and conceptually. Godard's pioneer, always a little bit of a kid's play. But Truffaut, he makes you think that his presumptuousness and pessimism are real. 3. What I think is great and what I don't like are the fast-paced editing and the reliance on literary narration. It is very contradictory, and both sides are mixed. 4. Three memorable passages that no one else mentions: the watch on the ankle; the angel also flies by at 40 minutes (this line happens to be at 40 minutes of the movie); Katherine kissing with Zhan, on the window The insect shadow seemed to burrow into her mouth with the kiss.
