Ip Man (played by Donnie Yen) comes to Hong Kong with his family and struggles to survive. Ip Man opened the martial arts hall to promote Wing Chun martial arts, but no one cared about it. One day, Huang Liang (played by Huang Xiaoming) paid a visit. After the competition, he was willing to bring a group of brothers to worship Ye Wen's door. Huang Liang fought with Hong Quanmen for some reason and was arrested. Ip Man came to rescue, but happened to meet his former opponent Jin Shan (played by Fan Shaohuang). The two of them were relieved of their suspicion, but they did not want to be stopped by Hong Quan’s head Hong Zhennan (played by Hong Jinbao), so that everyone was arrested by the police (played by Zheng Zeshi). Hong Zhennan reminded Ye Wen that if you want to open a martial arts center in Hong Kong, you must accept the challenges of various martial arts. So Ye Wen went to the meeting single-handedly, and finally confronted Hong Zhennan, regardless of whether they were equal. Ye Wen was provoked by Hongmen because he refused to pay the membership fee, and the martial arts hall was imprisoned. Secretly, Hong Zhennan managed the Huayang competition for the British police, but he was never paid and felt deeply unfair. The boxing champion Tornado came to China and insulted Chinese martial arts and injured Chinese boxers. Hong Zhennan stood up, blood splattering the scene. For the honor of Chinese martial arts, Ye Man accepted the provocation of the tornado and fought for national justice.
