The development of the plot is interspersed with the documentary videos of the time, making it more real and more historical, making us feel as if we were a witness in that era. In addition, the narration in the play became the two elements that attracted me.
When I watched it, I didn't even know whether I wanted Pablo to die or not. I think this is the great thing about this show. It shows a multi-faceted person. He was evildoing, anti-government, killing many innocent people, contempt of the law, doing whatever he wanted...deserving punishment, it is best to be executed on the spot. However, there is no absolute bad person in this world. When he helps the poor to give them money, and even builds schools, he is like a philanthropist, but the money is not clean. This is what I call the duality of human beings. Let’s take a small person as an example. A poor thief went to the supermarket to steal bread just to feed his hungry son. Is he a bad guy?
The younger brother who had been with him for many years died. Someone must have died in this business. Pablo knew very well, but he didn't expect to come so soon. He didn't expect to happen to the person who cares the most and is the most loyal to him. . When he was in the luxurious prison, he always thought of Gustavo...
Pablo became suspicious and irritable inadvertently. He gradually stopped believing anyone around him and made more and more enemies. At the same time, he also became suspicious. Become more and more lonely. But he still can't let go of his own business. Starting from scratch has always been the pride in his heart. No matter what others think, he thinks he is right.
Although Pablo does not love the government, he loves his country. He wanted to liberate Colombia, but of course this was just a beautiful and broken dream. After fleeing for a while, he still thought about his home, and finally returned to Colombia in spite of the danger. He also loves his family, his mother, his wife, and his children. In front of his family, he is a simple husband, father and son. Despite being cold-blooded and ruthless in other respects, he is a tender man at this point. Maybe it would be more suitable for him not to be a drug lord. Of course, apart from that, when Gacha saw his son being killed by a machine gun in the co-pilot, he was desperate and he probably had no desire to live anymore... This scene was indeed a bit shocking, although he was sent to heaven by the person. Maybe more.
Finally, let’s talk about the two police detectives. They have seen the lives of drug lords and the tragic deaths of those innocent citizens. At the same time, they are struggling with the difficulties and obstacles encountered in arresting the drug lords. They are fighting for justice. I think there is no absolute justice in this world. They are fighting for peace and light. Justice is just rhetoric, on the surface. Although Gacha told his son that everyone has a code in his heart, this is not absolute. There are still many people who have their own principles, which cannot be measured by money, and they must not be broken... I think this is what I admire them.
The actors' acting skills have nothing to say, especially Pablo, I give full marks, and I look forward to the second season of the conscience drama. The above are purely personal opinions. If you offend, please say sorry first, and don’t spray if you don’t like it.
