I remember watching this movie in college because of the beautiful scenery of the four seasons in the poster. I wanted to see what kind of story a movie with such a beautiful picture tells. However, what I didn't expect was that in the process of watching the whole film, I had the idea of wanting to fast forward more than once. The plot is really dull, without a climax, as if it has been told in a quiet, slow rhythm. The several stories strung together make people feel that they are expressing the same and extreme love obsession from different angles. When the female protagonist finally remembered the scene where the male protagonist was engaged to her, she finally felt moved in her heart. The whole film must be patiently watched and recollected in order to appreciate its essence. The beautiful scenery and several extreme and poignant stories jointly shape the cruel beauty of this film.
