After reading it, I don't feel much. The "American Dream" is too far away from me. My dream is to have some money, time to watch movies, and another person. Mexico is not as good as the United States, but you are not an American, and you still enter it desperately, you have to suffer the consequences, and you want others to be pitiful, and pitiful is hateful. At the end, when the Mexican father who was deported back to the United States was preparing to dive back to the United States, he took the lead in the United States and said, "let's go home." Obviously, he pleased the Americans, the Oscar judges, and the audience. The hero Demian Bichir always gives me a bit of a quiet Robert De Niro vibe in the film.

Chris Weitz has always been between mainstream bad movies and independent masterpieces. It's hard to imagine that this person has made [Twilight Saga 2]. This story is similar to the family work of [The Bicycle Stealer]. Moving, for a better life, even though the reality is more cruel, the father-son relationship is diffused. The pacing of the second half of the film is great, and it even has a commercial feel to it. ★★★☆
