Inner horror

At first I saw some plot introductions, from Robert De Niro’s cool appearance, I thought it was a revenge movie similar to the "Count of Monte Cristo". As the plot slowly developed, it seemed like I was appreciating Hitchcock. K’s horror story focuses on the family of lawyers who have been retaliated against, the empty villa, the bizarre death of pets, and Robert De Niro who appears like a ghost. The family of lawyers live in incomparable anxiety and fear. They are all likely to suffer, but they are completely unable to prevent and powerless to resist. They are like birds in a cage, completely controlled by Robert De Niro. The originally confident and successful lawyers were originally illiterate rapists. The family collapsed step by step, and my heart collapsed. Everything went according to the terrible killer's arrangement. When the lawyers drove away from the house, the picture cut to the terrible Robert De Niro hidden under the speeding car, and the inner terror spread from the picture to your back. , The climax and ending of the final story all happened and ended on the Cape of Terror.
Robert De Niro can perfectly interpret all villains and messengers of God, poets, lunatics, dramatists, lawyers, gangsters, and preachers. I really don’t know how much personality the bad guys in the film have.

The dense string and horn sounds of the fast-moving shots are really terrifying. Straight from the classical core of Hitch, there is no dirty smell of old horses. De Niro happened to meet Hopkins' Hannibal that year, and it was so charming, these two types of villains.

3.9+0.1 (eccentric...) The title, soundtrack, and some weird special effects... Is it a tribute to Hitchcock...

Cape Fear quotes

  • [last lines]

Danielle: [voiceover] We never spoke about what happened, at least not to each other. Fear, I suppose, that to remember his name and what he did would mean letting him into our dreams. And me, I hardly dream about him anymore. Still, things won't ever be the way they were before he came. But that's alright because if you hang onto the past you die a little every day. And for myself, I know I'd rather live.

    [whispers]

    Danielle: The end.

  • Max Cady: Are you a cop? Or were you a cop? Or were you not good enough to remain on the force? Cause you know what? That's the feeling I'm getting here.
