This is not a gangster movie, this is an ethical movie, showing the confusion of the "three middle classes" in American society (above the middle class in age, more than the middle class in material, and the backbone of society). They are confused about the social circle formed by the elderly, children, wives, lovers, friends, colleagues, competitors, and unrelated people. This is an ethical drama with a not exaggerated black humor style, similar to South Park, but obviously more peaceful and realistic than the latter. If you let me say, I think this is more like the TV version of "American Beauty".

Let us see the emotional world between people in another world in society. Very creative subject. And that gang boss Tony, let me see a little microcosm of myself. It's just a little bit very small. I feel that everyone will feel this way. Faced with stress and chaos in life, there are also complex and painful relationships between people. All these make

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: Why not kick me in the head?

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: You get stabbed in the ribs, that's painful. This shit, I don't feel nothing. Nothing. Dead. Empty.

  • Corrado Erico 'Uncle Junior' Soprano: How much White Castle did you have?

Bobby "Bacala" Baccalieri: I had none. I swear.

Corrado Erico 'Uncle Junior' Soprano: I can SMELL it.
