The Pursuit of Happyness

A good inspirational film, although the main line design is still an old routine-after suffering and suffering, the protagonist and son are supported along the way, and the story is warm and sorrowful to inject a strong warmth into the film.
There are three things in the film that touch me deeply. One is that Chris went to sell the bone mineral density scanner with his son after his wife ran away. After so many bumps and bumps, he finally sold one. When he cashed the check, his son was staring at the chocolate (it seems to be). Chris asked him if he wanted He didn't speak, asked again, smiled or took it away. The son is really cute, and he still gives up after patience. If he feels a little sad, the child can feel the burden of life.
Furthermore, it is the plot of the father and son spending the night at the subway station, where the two huddled in the bathroom covered with toilet paper. The exhausted child had fallen asleep leaning on his father. Facing the constant knocking outside the locked door, Chris hugged his son tightly, tears of collapse fell silently.
In the end, when Chris was finally hired, he didn't have the slightest expression of excitement, but his sharp and determined eyes turned red. Although there is no glamorous performance along the way, after all, I have come here through all obstacles. Looking at success, I really don't have to be excited and crazy. Behind those perseverance and persistence, success is also inevitable.
After watching the film, I realized that the "happiness" in the title was written as happyness, which is a bridge in the film. Think about it, there is happiness everywhere, and a name doesn't have much meaning.
I really like what Chris said, not only to have a dream, but also to protect it. It suddenly occurred to me that Luffy and Soro in "One Piece" face the scenes of defending their dreams and will never fight back against the attacks of enemies who slander their dreams. This is not the first time I have heard this point of view, but it is the first time to pay attention to protection. In fact, it is a kind of persistence, trust in dreams.
At the beginning of the film, Chris was lost in a crowd of smiling faces in the crowded street, standing blankly, "Why everyone is happy, but I can't be like this". At the end of the credits, when Chris came there again through trial, he applauded himself. If you want happiness, go after it.

The child's mother trembled and said that you would take care of him; dressed as a time machine to comfort the child, crying alone in the bathroom at midnight; "You are a good father", the child said. When watching movies, I often clenched my hands unconsciously, for the embarrassment of that heart-wrenching. Happiness is knocking on the door here, but what about those who have not been knocked on?

Although it is a Hollywood inspirational movie, what really makes me feel is that it is too difficult and difficult for the poor to turn over. Most of them don’t work hard, but they are indeed tied with a rope around their necks, and there is no gasping at all. Opportunities, and their children have never been born. After all, not every child from a poor family is lucky enough to have such a tenacious father who is ten times smarter than others.

The Pursuit of Happyness quotes

  • Christopher: [to his father, sleeping next to other homeless people] You're a good papa.

  • Christopher Gardner: [during the interview for the internship position] I've been sitting out here for the last half-hour trying to come up with a story that would explain my being here dressed like this. And I wanted to come up with a story that would demonstrate qualities that I'm sure you all admire here like earnestness, diligence, team-playing. And I couldn't think of anything. So the truth is, I was arrested for failure to pay parking tickets.

    Jay Twistle: Parking tickets?

    [employers laugh]

Christopher Gardner: I ran all the way here from the police station.

Martin Frohm: What were you doing before you were arrested?

Christopher Gardner: I was, uh, painting my apartment.
