The movie is adapted from one of the short stories in Haruki Murakami's "The Ghost of Lexington". This movie, I think, can very well express the story written by Haruki Murakami, especially that kind of mood. Reading Murakami's works, I often feel as if I have entered a place where no one lives, and I feel alone. Therefore, sometimes when I read it, it is inevitable to feel lonely, but it seems to be more able to make myself feel relieved, because it turns out that someone is like me.
The feeling of loneliness is very strong.
When I'm alone, I'm used to being alone, and I don't know what loneliness is, because this feeling is already a part of life. But when I forget this feeling, and I have to face it again, is it actually more uncomfortable than before?
Time will pass, and pain can be forgotten, but loneliness is like a shadow.
