Unfocused film

Quentin is one of the directors most popular with the "literary youth" and pretenders in the new era. His violent aesthetics and weird handling of the film are also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. But after watching this film, I didn't think about 46, and I didn't understand what the film wanted to say, because it was so ordinary and procrastinating. It's just a simple scam, it has to be so complicated. There is not much clue in the plot, shooting skills and so on. Such a gangster story, if it is not to show any deep meaning, it must be made cool, but the film is really unreliable. After watching it, I only feel that it is a low-cost third-rate work, and it is completely unworthy of Quentin’s work. Reputation.

Pam Greer walked into Quentin's office for an audition for "Jack Brown" and found her poster on the wall. "Did you hang up because I was going to read the script?" Greer asked. "It's the opposite!" Quentin replied, "I'm about to take them off, so as not to make you mistakenly think that you are deliberately ingratiating!"... Chaochao chats and feels like flirting lines from a classical Hollywood black film.

I am 56 years old and I will not blame anyone for what I did.

Jackie Brown quotes

  • Max Cherry: You never got into the whole CD revolution?

Jackie Brown: Oh, I got a few, but I can't afford to start all over again. I mean, I've invested too much time and money in my albums.

Max Cherry: Yeah, but you can't get new stuff on records.

Jackie Brown: I don't get new stuff that often.

    [puts on an LP]

Max Cherry: Its pretty. Who is this?

    Jackie Brown: The Delfonics.

    Max Cherry: Its nice.

    Jackie Brown: Mmm-hmm.

  • Ordell Robbie: Hey, girl.

Melanie: Hola!. Hey! Hey-hey-hey! Looks like somebody got some new clothes.

Ordell Robbie: Yeah, we did a little shopping. You know, I couldn't have my boy running around looking like no bum.

    Louis: I don't know. I didn't look like a bum.

Ordell Robbie: Come on now, man. You know you had that Salvation Army thing going.
