The end of the re-enactment

"The Shining" is too dazzling. As its sequel, it will have a lot of pressure. Fortunately, it still has this strength to end it.

Little boy Danny grows up, played by Ivan. However, the evil spirit has been following him, but fortunately, the spirit of the black chef guides him to lock the hotel's wronged soul.

There is a group of people with the power of Shining who hunted children with the power of Shining for immortality, and sucked the power of Shining to live forever. Team members have core Rose, ability tracking, extraction. The main crow, responsible for finding and capturing children. The elder grandfather, the existence of the lighthouse, died in the middle of his life. In a large section of the biographies, he learned that he had lived for at least several thousand years and had rich experience. The manipulator Andy, capable of voice control, has done several "hard candy" similar acts of kindness before he fell. There are also thugs and handymen.

Dan grew up making some friends to quit drinking, and volunteered as a gentle death in a nursing home. Accidentally met the heroine Abra, a child with high Shining ability. When the hunting group murdered other children, Rose found the heroine and wanted to take it. After all, the team was bloated and the cost was quite a lot. At this time, Rose had a little selfishness, that is, not recruiting the heroine like Andy, but to kill, because there can't be someone better than herself in the team.

The heroine meets Dan and hopes that Dan will help her find the missing boy. Under the guidance of the black chef, Dan decides to help the heroine. In several battles and confrontations, the protagonist group lost the heroine's father and Dan's friends, and the villain was only left with Rose. One of the episodes of Doufa Rose and the heroine invaded each other's minds, which was very interesting, and this setting also briefly foreshadowed the final battle scene. I think the two sides played 4 games, 1 supermarket, the protagonist wins, 2 heroine's house, the protagonist wins, 3 woods, a draw.

Rose sucked the stored Shining to prepare for the decisive battle. In order to defeat Rose, Dan and the heroine took a risk and came to the hotel, which is the venue of the fourth decisive battle. It's a pity that the hotel was abandoned after the Dan family accident. The hotel is set up to be the same as the villain and need to smoke the Shining. In the process of awakening the hotel and the decisive battle, it is also the climax of the overall situation, various memories are killed, and the characters of the classic scenes appear and re-interpret. The way to win in the end is that Dan synchronizes her with himself by letting Rose suck his Shining Spirit, then Dan breaks the seal and releases the evil spirit in the hotel, and Rose is outnumbered in the end. Dan was also unable to defeat the evil spirits and ended up dying with the hotel.

Dan finally took up the same job as a black chef, and became a soul to guide the growth of the heroine. At the end of the play, the heroine sealed the one who was taking a bath. This shows that the evil spirits and Dan were not destroyed by the burning of the hotel, and there may be some evil spirits still wreaking havoc in the world.

I'm glad to give The Shining an end, but I don't want to have a third part. I can pay tribute. After all, I don't want the classics to rot. Some details in the play are handled well, such as the superimposition of some scenes after returning to the hotel. There is also a good shot when Rose is searching for the heroine, like Dr. X looking for mutants. In fact, many people have the ability to Shining, such as Dan's friends. Just didn't notice and didn't wake up. Or that there are no mentors like black chefs. In addition, the villain only lives for a long time, but physical damage can be fatal, so the evil spirit is still more powerful and can only be controlled by the law system.

The last thing is a pity, that is, the abandoned hotel is still abandoned after it wakes up. It would be nice if it could go back to its original appearance. After all, the hotel is very beautiful and has its own characteristics. It's a pity that I didn't give the lens of the world famous painting. This is a very good drama film, because the story is complete, but not scary, and it is too lazy to show it to you at first glance.

The overall score is 7. After watching the 3-hour version, the last 40 minutes are very good!

The look and feel of "Super British Movie + Forced Continuation" has not changed. I don't really hope to see this story develop into a super-powerful battle between good and evil, boring and not clever. The length of the film is like a TV series, but the texture is more like it. After completing the behind-the-scenes footage, you can feel Flanagan's intentions, whether it's a tribute to Kubrick's version (restore of characters, set and plot, etc.) or a closure of the old gold's original story (the last hotel fire was Kub's novel ending that Rick didn’t take), and even this sequel is an old ghosts haunting for Flanagan. And, who wouldn't want to suck Ewan's energy? #director's cut
