the fascinating sisterhood

In one afternoon, I read 1 and 2.
Like the film, the bright sunshine in Greece. I like the feeling of enjoying the sun to the fullest in the sun, without worrying about skin color and without being bound by sunscreen.
I like this kind of film, full of youth, friendship and growth.
I love this movie because it reminds me of my sisterhood.

Seeing Tibby and Carmen's apology after arguing, smiled knowingly. I think I can understand what's in that smile. Last year, Po and I had a cold war for eight months because of a small argument and because of self-esteem. One night, I suddenly gathered up the courage to pick up my phone and sent a text message to her, "Let's reconcile." The reply received It was "I think so too, hee hee", I laughed out loud when I saw the screen of my phone. That is friendship. Tibby is right about "it's sometimes easier to be angry with people we trust because you know they'll love you forever".

On the four of them, I saw my sisterhood.

Everyone is not a person who lacks friends, but with each other it is different. One night, I suddenly received a text message "I miss you" on my mobile phone while lying in bed. Maybe this is called happiness.

Every time I go to sing K, I always have to order the song "One is like summer and the other is like autumn", because the lyrics are very similar to our feelings. Every vacation is a time for us to reunite, so we do everything possible to plan a trip together, just to share our friendship together again.

I just miss my sisterhood.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 quotes

  • Brian McBrian: You need to have a little faith, Tib. Not everyone you love is going to leave you.

Carmen Lowell: Sometimes I like to think that the pants got lost on purpose. That this was their final gift to us. Bringing us back together. Back to a place of forgiveness, and love, and in understanding that what we shared was all the magic we could ever need. And as we spent those last few moments of summer, looking out at the blending of sea and sky, I realized it was a color I knew very well. The softly faded, essential blue of a well worn pair of pants. The pants had brought us together again. The rest was in our hands.
