Movies full of British accents don’t seem to have disgusting zombies or monsters like the ones in "Resident Evil." betray. Infected humans have not become traditional walking corpses. They are more like exaggerated angry people, with blood-red eyes like violent beasts. Nevertheless, the fear caused by these mutants is only apparent.
What makes people feel desperate is that they can't see the future life (if it can be called life). When I woke up to find that the whole city had been abandoned and I was alone, I felt extremely curious at first, and then came immense emptiness, as if I had fallen into a time hole and couldn't get out again. The film is quite literary and lyrical in its environmental description, like a free and happy road movie, accompanied by a British minor.
If you have been alone, you will go crazy. After finally encountering the survivors, finally overcoming the distrust, and finally finding the refuge of the army, a frightening story has just begun. From this moment, the cruel side of human nature in a desperate situation is peeled off layer by layer, and people live for themselves. However, it is also in this situation that the brilliance of humanity can shine even more in the dark. After being baptized by death, talents will be truly free and easy to be optimistic.
I don't know if they were rescued, but what's the problem?
