Not long ago, I suddenly wanted to write an article about the speed of growth and the road to death. While struggling with countless trivial things in life, I feel that the pace of growth is slow. However, one day, I suddenly realized that I will die one day. The subject of death is me, not us, nor anyone else. So I panicked and felt that it was the saddest thing that I had not completed my growth before dying. I admit, this is one of my countless unreliable life fantasies. Because the end of growth is death. Therefore, the most important self-awareness and self-affirmation in growth have been put on the agenda again.

The bottom layer of the iceberg theory is the ego. All kinds of strange behavior patterns stem from different self-perceptions. This is the most fundamental level, but also the simplest level. A healthy life should be based on self-affirmation. However, this is indeed the most difficult goal to achieve. Not everyone can be a self-actualizer.

Do you dare to ponytail against the mainstream straight, curly and dyed hair? Do you dare to wear framed eyes to keep an eye on the weather? Do you dare to admit that you are one of the nerds and geeks? What should you do if your parents don't speak out about their love to you?
Loneliness is purest only when confronted with oneself.
