Tired of life, tired of comedy

Today's king of comedy and queen of comedy, the cooperation between the two can't help but make people look forward to it, not to mention the trailer is very funny. But if you're expecting the whole movie to be hilarious, it's a big mistake, like me. After watching the whole film, I realized that the comedy in Hollywood today no longer has the flavor of the black-and-white film era. In addition to being funny with lines, there are many things to express - or to attract audiences, so, funny things was diluted. Okay, so you don't have to laugh out loud.
Steve Carell and Tina Fey are both actors that I like very much, especially the latter. After chasing 30 rock for four years, I can't dislike her. The middle-aged husband and wife played by the two in the film are also very similar. The talkative woman and the boring man are just a bit... Too similar, the two keep arguing and complaining. Although there are many lines with some jokes, but It is estimated that many viewers can see the shadow of their own lives in the meantime. It's annoying enough to be noisy in life, and you want to come to the theater to watch them quarrel? please!
The long-awaited climax plot did not finally come, and the way to solve the problem at the end was too simple. The only thing in the whole film that made me laugh out loud was when Tina said to her husband in Times Square with a confused look: "Don't laugh at me,..." But it's really insulting to women's intelligence. Another thing that caught my eye was the design of the two cars connecting after the crash. Alas, comedy films have to make great action shots these days. Thinking about the "Poison and the Old Woman", which didn't even change the scene very much in the past, and people can't laugh or cry just by the lines, the comedy now is really hard to do.

Not as hilarious as I imagined, I don't know if my expectations are too high or the point of laughter is too high. I was a little lost when I saw the middle, but a few small climaxes such as road chasing cars, couples pole dancing, etc. are still a bit interesting, and I don’t feel so much when I recollect the memories after watching them. A typical American film, the impossibility in life is moved to the screen so that the audience has a good chance to yell, and it doesn't try to be profound and noble.
