Indeed, we cannot be truly born again, we cannot be sanctified without Him, and there is no better example in the world than Him.
You used to think that Jesus' death had nothing to do with you, but now you know for sure that Jesus used his body and blood to cleanse us in exchange for our new life, so that we are no longer separated from the righteousness of God.
You used to think that it was only the chief priest, Pilate, or the ignorant people who crucified Jesus. Now you gradually realize that you are one of them, because you have been sinking into sin, self-centered, and forgetting Him. The redemption, far from the truth, is actually nailing the Lord on the cross with his own hands once again.
You used to think that the sacrament and baptism were just ceremonies, but now you finally know that it symbolizes receiving the body and blood of the Lord, commemorating the work He has done for us, the funeral of the old self, and the symbol of new life.
Believing is not about believing what you can get, because believing is a kind of ability in itself.
Faith is the substance of things seen, the evidence of things not seen.
He said, Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.
