When I first saw this movie, I really didn't understand why it was called Toilet Hero. I probably didn't understand why it was a comedy hero in the first 20 minutes, but he married a cow.
In the movie, women in some parts of India have no toilet at home and have to go outside in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.
