6.5. Adolescence, Hormones, Fragile Ambiguity and Femininity, Sexual Mitzvah
The shy and introverted Maria has a crush on Floriane, a beautiful senior in the synchronized swimming team, and takes the initiative to become her valet. The girl isolates Floriane. It is rumored that she has eaten a lot of "bananas" because of her constant scandals and casual sex with boys, but she has never actually rolled over the sheets with anyone. Maria and Floriane got closer and closer. Floriane didn't want to have sex with boys, so she decided to give her first time to Maria (I suspect that hundreds of millions of fan resources have been deleted here). Seeing Floriane continue to play with the boys, a heartbroken Maria finally plucks up the courage and asks to give her her first kiss. "Love" has never been said, only to my good friend Anne, "I also have someone I like in my heart"
Anne liked the boys in the water polo, and the two finally got into bed. But the other party only used Anne as a spare tire, so Anne refused to hand over the first kiss and broke up. This solemn first kiss is the coming-of-age ceremony that Maria and Anne insist on
The most complicated and unspeakable scene should be when Floriane and Maria kiss and say, "Look, it's not that difficult." Spreading their hands, the standards in their hearts are too different. Maria loves her, but I'm afraid Floriane can only take her as a friend at best, but even so, the friendship is real and meaningful
At the end of the film, Maria and Anne float peacefully on the surface of the pool, they know they don't want anything - but puberty is not over yet, and everyone who has come here knows that it will be a sweet and painful toss. Floriane swayed to the music alone at the party, which made me wonder what she wanted?
As an aside, the movie reminds me of a relationship I had in college. She is also a beautiful girl, an ice beauty, a gymnastics team. I approached her like Maria, watched her practice, and accompany her to compete. It turned out that she was so lonely surrounded by boys.
