1. A world of reasonable order In 1928, French directors Buuel (1900–1983) and Dal (1904–1989) made a satire of their friend, the poet Lorca, in the "Student Apartment" art group in their early years. Why Andalus? No dog? In the "college" of wealthy children, the southerners are called "Andalusian dogs," mocking them for being stupid and not growing up like their mother's baby. Garca Lorca was an Andalusian, a country poet who was already well-known in art circles at the time. At first, Dali also admired Lorca, and the two had an affair, but later Lorca tried to seduce Dali but was rejected, and Dal and public opinion stood on the side of insulting Lorca. You can read his poems and understand what kind of person Lorca is.

At the very least, he was able to express his innermost feelings directly and honestly, whether or not others understood them. Both "A Little Ashes" and "Andalusian Dogs" show the unpleasant direct expression of Bunuel's utter distaste for Lorca's being gay. In 1936, when the Spanish Civil War was on the verge of breaking out, Lorca insisted on returning to his hometown, and was soon arrested by Franco's troops for supporting the Republic. On August 18, Lorca (1898–1936) was executed by a capital shot at the age of 38. (The movie actually predicted this scene.)

Dal's position on the Spanish Civil War quickly shifted to support for the fascist government. This angered the art world, and his father and sister were imprisoned and tortured by the communists. In fleeing Spain, he carried both the communist and nationalist flags. There is no doubt that Dal was cowardly. When dealing with Lorca's love and real life, he knows that he does not have complete control over the real world.

2. Enter the subconscious world. In the picture, a cloud cuts through the moon, and a razor cuts through a woman's eye. (actually a bull's eye), but the eye becomes blind, which can be considered a metaphorical attack on the viewer's field of vision. The new aesthetic concept should liberate people's imaginations, which have been imprisoned by pragmatism for a long time: "Surprise is beauty" and "art is surprise." In order to regain the original power (or physical power) that originally belonged to man, Dal longed to be a ruthless ruler in the world of art, to dream as much as he liked.

3. Enjoy ugliness, such as pornography, death, decaying imagery, and so on. [H] represents male masturbation. The woman is fiddling with a severed hand with a stick. In a fantasy, a man's big hands are rubbing a pair of snow-white breasts and buttocks. My hand was caught by the door. Many ants crawled out. [Armpit hair] represents female genitalia. In his writings on fetishes, Freud wrote of "an obsession with the sight of pubic hair."When the armpit hair turns into a thorny sea urchin, it symbolizes resistance pointing.

[Ant] represents strong sexual desire. Ants kept pouring out of the wound on the man's palm. Ants are cruel. When an animal is dying, ants will crawl all over its body. [Two pianos] The man wants to find a rope to tie the woman so that she can submit. The rope pulled out two heavy pianos and two monks. It symbolizes traditional and classical morality and culture, so that men cannot violate the heroine. Dead Donkey There are two corpses on the piano, symbolizing religious sacrifice. The donkey, with its eyes closed, is sleeping, and the blood is gurgling out...

[Moth] represents both reproduction and death. Moths die after laying eggs. Dal presents Freud's "The Interpretation of Dreams" in the Andalusian dialect about instinct and subconsciousness, showing his fanatical surrealist pursuit. Baby clothes, previously worn by feminized men, turned into trash, abandoned by the mistress and her lover. The two walked briskly along the coast...with a picture to express the end of the play.

    1. A love story is vaguely discernible from it. 2. Why is it called Andalus? 3. Some films that exist like gods do not need me to understand.

I heard it's a coercive film! I should come and take a look, I don't understand at all... I don't know what I want to express
