Stories told in music.

The film was captivated from the very beginning. . .
In The Still Of The Night floats in my ears.
He is a genius without any modification, but he
just sings softly
and faintly brings out the story of this life.

Memories turned into a drama , the
old man turned into a viewer
, and it began quietly.

Well indeed he's a genius but also a mortal who
doesn't restrain himself and runs like that horse...
not so many smooth roads that end up falling off the horse.

He loves his wife, but
the moment the estrangement between them fell due to self-indulgence, he knew that it was so painful.

so in Love...
just sing for her.

Another film that requires listening to the original sound to be considered complete.

Porter's music is not my dish, of all songs in the film I only love, especially when it goes to "So taunt me, and hurt me, deceive me, desert me", what a melody!!! Remind me of latin rhythm, Spanish music...it's full of deep emotion, can be called the song of swan!

De-Lovely quotes

  • Linda Porter: Is it me?

Gabe: No dear, it's too early for back stairs and love affairs.

  • Edward Thomas: My invitation didn't arrive.

Linda Porter: I would invite you to hell.
