Why are we rushing this minute?

I cried to death watching "Cemetery Junction" last night, I don't know how I cried so low. I really like the style of the British 70's, the background music of the movie, the color of the picture, and the handsome male model Tom Hughes. His legs are unreasonably long, and his bad eyes reveal that youthful restlessness. The hero and heroine fly away, and the movie ends here, leaving the long train disappearing into the picture. What a wonderful youth, I love that old Arabic proverb: Throw your heart in front of you and run ahead to catch it. At the end of

the movie, the hero and heroine dashed to catch the train that was about to leave the station, and the hero got on the train Then asked: "Why do we have to catch this minute? There will be the next train in an hour." Then, the two laughed knowingly. Youth does not wait for anyone, not for you or me, racing against time is the most tiring, but the happiest.

Out of here, out of this.. A common theme for all British teens, so glad Freddie's gone at last.

In fact, I want to see the passage of picking up girls, but this is a British-style warm film. It is very warm and cute. Life is nothing more than this.

Cemetery Junction quotes

  • [last lines]

Freddie Taylor: Why did you decide to come at the last minute?

Julie: Because I think I might be in love with you, too.

Freddie Taylor: No, I guessed that. I mean why did you leave it until the last minute? We almost missed the train.

Julie: No. Thought I'd make a dramatic entrance.

Freddie Taylor: Don't know why we ran so hard, there's another one in an hour.

  • [to Freddie, on his first day at work]

Mike Ramsay: When you're selling life assurance, you want the stench of death in their nostrils. You're talking to the husband but you want the missus thinking "Crumbs, Chief! What's my life gonna be like when he pegs it?" Men work, women worry - that's what you rely on.
